When it comes to purchasing new construction, many people have a misconception that it's a pretty easy process: Walk in to the builder's office, pick a design you like, sign the contract. What many potential buyers don't consider is that the friendly sales person at the model home you are touring is representing the Builder, and is not concerned about the Buyer's interest.
